1. What should I do about a problem with playground equipment at the park?

The Parks Division staff makes frequent inspections to keep the playground equipment safe and fun. If you notice a safety hazard at a playground, please report it to any park worker, or call (760) 369-6579.

2. Who should I call if the park restroom needs cleaning?

Daily inspections are made by the Parks Division staff, but if you see broken water pipes, malfunctioning restroom fixtures, overflowing trashcans, or other unclean conditions, please call (760) 369-6579.

3. How do I report a problem with sprinklers that are not working properly at the park?

Please report the problem to Public Works at (760) 369-6579.

4. Can I reserve use of the softball fields at the park?

Teams or other groups can arrange for reserved use of the softball fields. For availability and fee schedule, contact the Community Services Department at (760) 369-7211.

5. How can I get a key to the Jacobs Park tennis courts?

Tennis court keys may be purchased for a $10 fee at the Community Services office in the Yucca Valley Community Center.
