The Town of Yucca Valley participates with the County of San Bernardino in the administration of the local CDBG program. The federally funded program is federally funded seeks to provide benefit to low-to-moderate income residents through its project and program grants. Applications are available in November, with a proposal deadline in December each year. Eligible proposals are prioritized by the Town Council in February for funding in the fall.
