The Public Works / Engineering Department facilitates capital improvements, inspections, traffic engineering programs, and provides engineering support for public and private projects including residential and commercial development, streets, storm drains, and park facilities. The various divisions within the department help improve the public safety and physical appearance of the community by maintaining and improving the physical condition of the streets, parks, public buildings and other facilities.
