The Town Attorney is retained by the Town Council to serve as the Town’s chief legal officer. It is the responsibility of the Town Attorney to advise the Council and all boards, commissions, officers and employees of the city regarding their official duties. The Town Attorney’s Office prepares and approves ordinances, resolutions, contracts and other legal documents and prosecutes violations of the Yucca Valley Municipal Code.
