REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS TO PROVIDE PROFESSIONAL SUPERVISING VETERINARY SERVICES AT THE YUCCA VALLEY ANIMAL SHELTER

 

The Town of Yucca Valley seeks qualified professionals to provide a proposal for Supervising Veterinary Services at the Yucca Valley Animal Shelter.

Submittals of Proposals

The Town requires five (5) hard copies of the proposal submittal and one (1) electronic copy via flash drive, thumb drive, or similar device.

 

  1. Envelope one shall contain the proposal responding to this RFP, qualifications, and relevant experience. The envelope to contain an electronic copy of the proposal and fees on a flash drive.
  2. Envelope two shall contain the fee to provide services for the service proposal and the terms thereof as described in Envelope One, including maximum limits not to be exceeded.

 

The deadline for submitting a proposal is 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, November 20, 2025. The Town will not allow the submittal of any proposals after this deadline; therefore, late submittals will be rejected.

  • Potential contractors, subcontractors and suppliers may view requests for proposals, project plan holders list, and receive addendum notices 
  • RFP’s and Requests for Competitive Bids issued by the Town of Yucca Valley must be received at Town Hall no later than the deadlines specified
