NOTICE IS ALSO HEREBY GIVEN that all sealed bids must be delivered to the Town of Yucca Valley Public Works Department after 8 AM, Thursday, April 16, 2026, and before 3 PM, Thursday , May 14, 2026. Sealed bids can be delivered or mailed to Vehicle & Equipment Auction, Town of Yucca Valley Public Works Department, 58928 Business Center Drive, Yucca Valley, CA 92284. All Units are sold “as is, where is” to the highest and best bidder on the date and time of the sale. An in-person walk through of the vehicles will be held on Thursday, April 30, 2026, between 8 AM and Noon. Sealed bids will be opened on Thursday, May 14, 2026, at 3 PM in the Town of Yucca Valley Public Works Office.

 

Sale of Town surplus vehicles and equipment are subject to the following conditions:

 

  1. All property, including motor vehicles, will be sold “as is, where is” and the Town of Yucca Valley makes no express or implied warranty of any kind including the condition of the property or its fitness for purchaser’s intended use.

     

  2. Buyers of motor vehicles must provide their name and address for the “BUYER” section of Notice of Transfer and Release of Liability at the time of payment. (Buyer will receive a copy.) Motor vehicles may not be operable and may not have a State of California Smog Certificate.

     

  3. Payment shall be in the form of cash or credit card in US dollars.

     

  4. The successful bidder must make full payment and remove the property prior to 3 PM, Tuesday, May 19, 2026, five (5) days after the auction’s close, unless other arrangements are made with the Town.

     

  5. Bidders must be at least 18 years of age, and no bids are permitted prior to the auction’s open to accept bids on Thursday, April 16, 2026, at 8 AM.

  7. The Town of Yucca Valley Public Works Department reserves the right to refuse any and all bids that are not acceptable.

     

  8. All Sales are final.
