Project Description:

Proposal for the construction of a collection operations facility and transfer station. The proposed project includes a truck terminal, an approximate 15,000 square foot transfer station, an approximate 16,000 square foot vehicle maintenance facility, a 3,025 square foot administration office, a 3,300 square foot employee building, parking facilities, fueling facilities, scales and bin storage.

Location:

The project is located on ten (10) acres of a forty (40) acre parcel located on the southeast corner of Sunnyslope Drive and Indio Avenue.

Status:

The project was approved by the Planning Commission on February 26, 2021 and is currently under construction.
