Project Description:

Existing C & S Restaurant (1500 sq.ft.) to remain intact and operational with no changes and not attached to proposed new building. New Western Style building (3164 sq.ft. interior space and 1120 sq.ft. open air, covered patio) to include a Rotisserie Chicken and fresh Baked Bread Bar, a Coffee Bar, a Fresh Fruit Juice & Ice Cream Bar with full kitchen, dish washing station, food storage room, walk in refrigeration and freezer rooms. Also to include 2 ADA compliant restrooms, 2 EV charging stations and 2 additional parking stations in the rear of the building with alley access. The 0.24 acre vacant lot south and across alley, APN 0586-355-06 is also owned by Mr Marroquin and is proposed to be used for overflow parking.
