Anyone raising or spending money to support or oppose a ballot measure, or to support or oppose a candidate for local office is required to file campaign statements with the Town Clerk. Campaign statements must be filed within prescribed deadlines as established under the Political Reform Act administered by the Fair Political Practices Commission (FPPC).
